NCCA Partner registration has begun. Partners have a priority when it comes to booth selection so the booth that you select online might not be available. The updated layout will be published after July 19th.

 

Exhibitor Show Hours

  • Friday, September 29
    • Exhibitor Installation: 7:00 am -11:00 am
    • Convention Time: 11:00 am- 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, September 30
    • Convention Time: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Sunday, October 1
    • Convention Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
    • *Dismantling of Exhibits: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

New Policy! Due to multiple requests from doctors, we now require all the exhibitors to be at their booths until the official breakdown time. Early booth breakdown, without prior approval by the NCCA, will result in a $100 early breakdown penalty. 

 

Booth Pricing & Details:

  • Single Booth: $850 with registration for 2 people
  • Double Booth: $1350 with registration for 4 people
  • Booths are given on first come, first serve basis. NCCA Partners have priority in booth selection. 

The fee includes:

  • 2' by 6' draped table, 2 chairs, ID Sign, wastebasket (pre-function & exhibit hall)
  • 10' by 8' booth (Exhibitor Hall only)
  • Free Wi-Fi access & electricity ( use registration form to request)
  • Name, description, and link to your company website in our convention packet & on our website
  • Pre- and post-show attendee address list
  • Free Access to all general food functions with DCs. Note: Evening reception requires a separate registration
  • Automatic enrollment into the buzz-generating vendor game. Attendees get a chance to win a prize, your company gets more traffic
  • Dessert Hour and General Membership Breakfast will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall to increase traffic
  • Game prizes will be announced on Sunday at 10:00 am in the Exhibit Hall to assist with Sunday traffic flow.  NEW!
